What a Wrap!

Makes 1 sandwich

1 (9-inch) roasted red pepper or other flavor tortilla
2-4 tablespoons Artichoke Hummus (recipe in website)
2 ounces thinly-sliced smoked turkey
2 ounces thinly-sliced Swiss cheese
1 thin slice red onion, separated into rings
Leaves from 1 large sprig watercress


Wrap sandwiches are all the rage. Anything and everything can be put inside. Spread tortilla with Artichoke Hummus. Add turkey, cheese, onion, and watercress leaves in a single layer. Begin rolling from the bottom, turning in 1 side so you can pick up the wrap and eat it.
