Chocolate Totem Poles

Makes 8 totem poles

8 (5-inch) bamboo skewers
6 marshmallows or small strawberries, washed, dried and leaves removed
16 grapes, washed and dried
1 ripe banana, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 jar Silver Palate Very Fudge Sauce
1 cup salted chopped peanuts or toasted coconut


Slide a marshmallow, grape, banana slice, grape and marshmallow onto each skewer. Place on a piece of wax paper and freeze until the fruit is frozen, about 4 hours. Heat Very Fudge in a saucepan or microwave oven. Arrange totem poles on a platter. Pour heated Silver Palate Very Fudge Sauce and chopped peanuts into bowls. Take turns dipping totem poles into Silver Palate Very Fudge Sauce, then follow with a shower of peanuts or coconut.
