Roasted Red Pepper and White Bean Dip

Makes 2 cups

2 (5- to 6-ounce) jars roasted red peppers in water, rinsed and blotted dry
1 cup cooked white beans or canned white beans, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons of Silver Palate Low Fat Roasted Garlic Balsamico Salad Splash
2 large cloves garlic
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
1/3 cup cream cheese- regular -low-fat or non-fat
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Serve with fresh fennel or jicama cut into sticks. Try to find peppers without a lot of charred bits left on them.
