Salad Splash
New-Fashioned Waldorf Salad
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 crisp red apple, washed, cored and diced
1 cup green grapes, washed and dried
1 cup diced fennel
1/2 cup walnut pieces
1/2 cup Silver Palate Champagne Mustard Salad Splash
2 tablespoons mayonnaise, regular, low-fat or non-fat
Lettuce leaves, optional
Directions:
Combine apple, grapes, fennel and walnut pieces in a bowl. Stir Silver Palate Champagne Mustard Salad Splash and mayonnaise together in a small bowl. Pour over salad and toss. Serve at room temperature or chilled on plates lined with lettuce leaves, if desired.
