Sweet and Spicy Carrots
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 cups (1 pound) grated carrots
2 tablespoons Silver Palate Low Fat Roasted Garlic Balsamico Salad Splash
1 tablespoon Silver Palate Mango Chutney, fruit pieces finely chopped
2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine carrots, Silver Palate Low Fat Roasted Garlic Balsamico Salad Splash, Silver Palate Mango Chutney and parsley in a bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature or heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add carrot mixture and sauté until just tender, 2 to 3 minutes.
