Fresh Tomato and Feta Cheese Pasta Salad

Serves 4
Ingredients: 

12 ounces radiatore or penne pasta
2 cups diced red and yellow tomatoes or all red tomatoes
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
6 tablespoons Silver Palate Balsamic Country Salad Splash
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn or chopped

Directions: 

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well. Toss pasta with tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and Silver Palate Balsamic Country Salad Splash in a large bowl. Add feta, salt, pepper and basil and toss gently. Serve at once or chill.
