Lime Dill Vinaigrette

Makes 1-1/4 cups

1-1/2 tablespoons Silver Palate Sweet and Rough Mustard
1 tablespoon Silver Palate Dill Mustard Grilling Sauce
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/2-2/3 cup canola oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried dill


Combine mustards with lime juice in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in oil to form an emulsion, adjusting amount of oil to your taste. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in dill.
