Almost Instant Chocolate Mousse

Serves 4
Ingredients: 

1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup Silver Palate Very Fudge Sauce
1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped, for garnish, optional
4 fresh mint leaves, for garnish, optional

Directions: 

Whip heavy cream in a medium bowl until stiff. Gently fold in Silver Palate Very Fudge Sauce until blended. Pour mixture into 4 ramekins or custard cups and chill for 2 hours or until set. If desired, garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a fresh mint leaf.
