Orange-Chocolate Sorbet

Makes 1 quart

2-1/4 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate, defrosted
3/4 cup Silver Palate Grand Marnier Fudge Sauce


Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan over high heat. Heat until sugar melts. Set aside to cool. Blend orange juice and Silver Palate Grand Marnier Fudge Sauce in a medium bowl. Stir in cooled sugar water. Pour mixture into a glass or metal baking dish. Cover and freeze until solid, at least 8 hours. Cut mixture into cubes, transfer to a food processor and process until smooth. Return to baking dish and refreeze for at least 3 hours. Or, if you have an ice cream maker, follow manufacturer's directions.
