Silver Palate Grand Marnier Fudge-Orange Surprise

Serves 4

4 oranges
1 pint orange sherbet, slightly softened
1 jar Silver Palate Fudge Grand Marnier Sauce
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish


Cut tops off oranges and scoop out pulp. Fill bottom third of each orange with sherbet. Fill the next third with Silver Palate Grand Marnier Fudge Sauce, and the last third with sherbet. Place tops on oranges, and freeze until serving. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve with any remaining Silver Palate Grand Marnier Fudge Sauce heated and poured around oranges.
