Glazed Spareribs
Serves 8
Ingredients:
2 1/2-3 pounds small pork spareribs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 jar Silver Palate Apricot Mustard Sauce or Silver Palate Smokey Maple Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° F. In a large bowl, toss ribs with salt, pepper and either Silver Palate Apricot Mustard Sauce or Silver Palate Smokey Maple Barbecue Sauce. Arrange ribs in a shallow roasting pan and bake until ribs have a dark glazed appearance, about 1 hour, basting frequently. Drain well. Cut ribs apart, place on a platter and sprinkle with parsley. Pass immediately with plenty of napkins.
