Smoked Fish Pâté

Makes 2 cups

2 cups smoked trout, cod or bluefish, skin and bones removed, flaked
8 ounces cream cheese regular, low-fat or non-fat
6 tablespoons Silver Palate Smokey Maple Barbecue Sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup finely chopped pecan pieces
1/4 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
Sesame or plain crackers


Combine fish, cream cheese, Silver Palate Smokey Maple Barbecue Sauce and lemon juice in a food processor. With on-off motions, pulse until evenly blended. Add pecans and parsley, pulse to blend. Scrape into a bowl, cover and chill for 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
