Asian Vegetable Stir-Fry

Serves 2

2 teaspoons peanut or vegetable oil
1/2 cup each snow peas, red pepper strips, diced celery and sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup Silver Palate Asian Stir Fry Sauce


Heat a wok or large skillet until hot. Add oil and when hot, add vegetables in order listed. Cook for 1 minute, turning often. Pour in Silver Palate Asian Stir Fry Sauce and cook 1 minute more or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve immediately.
