Lemon-Herb Glazed Baby Carrots
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 pound peeled baby carrots
3-4 tablespoons Silver Palate Low Fat Lemon Garlic Herb Salad Splash
Few drops of water or chicken stock, if needed
Directions:
Steam or boil carrots until almost tender. Time will vary according to size, so check often with a fork or knife. Drain. Combine carrots and Silver Palate Low Fat Lemon Garlic Herb Salad Splash in a saucepan. Cover and cook over medium-low heat until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove cover, raise heat to medium-high and continue cooking until liquid is reduced and just coats carrots. If liquid evaporates before carrots are tender, add a few drops of water or stock.
