Mango Chutney Spareribs

Serves 6

6 pounds pork or beef spareribs
2 jars Silver Palate Mango Chutney


These tasty ribs are guaranteed sticky finger food. Preheat oven to 450° F. Place spareribs in a single layer in a shallow large pan and place in oven. Immediately reduce heat to 350° F. and cook for 30 minutes. Scrape Silver Palate Mango Chutney into a food processor and, using on-off motions, pulse until fruit is chopped into small pieces. Remove pan from oven, drain off all fat from bottom of pan, and cover ribs with Mango Chutney. Bake for an additional 45 minutes or until ribs are cooked through. Don't forget the napkins. Serve with a big mixed vegetable salad.
