All-Berry Salad with Balsamic Vinegar and Honey

Serves 6 to 8

1 pint blueberries, rinsed and drained
2 pints strawberries, cleaned, hulled and halved if large
1/2 cup honey
2-3 tablespoons Silver Palate Vinegar Balsamico of Modena
1 pint raspberries
Grated zest of 1 orange
Regular or low-fat sour cream or vanilla yogurt, optional


Place cleaned blueberries and strawberries in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, whisk honey and Silver Palate Vinegar Balsamico of Modena together and pour over berries. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Just before serving, quickly rinse and drain raspberries. Add raspberries and orange zest to the salad. Toss gently and serve with a dollop of sour cream or yogurt, if desired.
