Goat Cheese, Mango and Walnut Salad

Serves 4

1 head leafy green lettuce, leaves separated, washed and dried
1 bunch arugula, coarse stems removed, washed and dried
1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into about 16 slices
4 ounces mild goat cheese, crumbled
1-1/2 tablespoons Silver Palate Vinegar Balsamico of Modena
1 tablespoon Silver Palate Mango Chutney
1 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
2 teaspoons Silver Palate Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup walnut oil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Freshly ground black pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients together. Serve.
