Raspberry Vinaigrette

Makes 3/4 cup

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Silver Palate Raspberry Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/4 teaspoon ground pink or white peppercorns
1 tablespoon sour cream, regular, low-fat or non-fat, optional


Combine all ingredients in a tightly covered container. Shake well and refrigerate until use or for up to 1 week.
