Sweet and Rough Mustard Vinaigrette

Makes 3/4 cup

1 tablespoon soy sauce, regular or sodium-reduced
3 tablespoons Silver Palate Sweet and Rough Mustard
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill, optional
Freshly ground black pepper to taste


Combine soy sauce, Silver Palate Sweet & Rough Mustard and vinegar in a small bowl. Add oil in a slow stream and whisk until emulsified. Add dill, if desired, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Shake before using.
