Apricot Mustard Dressing

Makes about 3/4 cup

1/2 cup Silver Palate Apricot Mustard Sauce
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons sodium-reduced chicken or vegetable stock
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons minced flat-leaf parsley


Combine Silver Palate Apricot Mustard Sauce and vinegar in a small bowl. Whisk in stock, oil and parsley. Serve immediately or store, covered, in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
