Cranberry-California Grilling Glaze

Makes 1 cup

3/4 cup canned whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup Silver Palate California Grilling Sauce
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, defrosted
Few drops Angostura bitters
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to 1 cup, pour into a clean jar, cover, and refrigerate until needed.
