Silver Palate Tartar Sauce

Makes 1-1/2 cup

1 cup mayonnaise, regular, low-fat or non-fat
2 tablespoons Silver Palate Dijon Mustard
1-1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped cornichons
2 teaspoons cornichon brine
1-1/2 teaspoons Silver Palate capers, drained and chopped


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
