A Sterling Ice Cream Sundae Pie

Serves 6 to 8

3/4-1 pint cappuccino or coffee ice cream, regular or low-fat, softened
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked and cooled
1 jar Silver Palate Very Fudge, warmed just until spreadable
3/4-1 pint vanilla ice cream, regular or low-fat, softened
1 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted


Spoon softened cappuccino ice cream evenly into pie shell. Spread 1/2 jar of Silver Palate Very Fudge Sauce over ice cream. If ice cream starts to melt, return pie to freezer to firm up. Spoon on vanilla ice cream, then smooth on remaining Silver Palate Very Fudge Sauce. Sprinkle chopped pecans around top outside edge of pie, lightly cover with foil and return to freezer until solid, at least 2 to 3 hours.
