Broccoli and Onion Stir-Fry

Serves 4

1 tablespoon peanut or canola oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
4 cups shredded broccoli slaw
1/2 cup Silver Palate Lime Jalapeno Grilling Sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/4-1/3 cup finely chopped cashews


This stir-fry is great both hot and at room temperature. Add shrimp or chicken to the mixture and you can turn the dish into an entrée. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add onion and cook until light brown. Stir in garlic, then add broccoli slaw, stirring and cooking until just starting to wilt. Pour in Silver Palate Lime Jalapeno Grilling Sauce and cook until just tender. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle on cilantro, turn once or twice, then drizzle on cashews and serve.
