Mango Chutney Dip

Serves 4 to 6

2/3 jar of Silver Palate Mango Chutney
1-1/2 cups sour cream, regular, low-fat or non-fat
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon of Silver Palate Dijon Mustard
2 teaspoons curry powder, optional
1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon or 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
Tabasco Sauce to taste


Blend Silver Palate Mango Chutney, sour cream, yogurt, Silver Palate Dijon Mustard, curry powder and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. Scrape into a bowl, stir in tarragon, season with salt, if desired, and Tabasco Sauce. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then serve with vegetables. Or try it with grilled sausages or on sandwiches.
