Tequila Tortillas

Serves 4 to 6

(12- to 14-inch) flour tortillas
1 jar Silver Palate Tequila Salsa
1 cup pitted black olives, halved
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, regular or fat reduced
1/2 cup sour cream, regular, low-fat or non-fat, optional


Preheat oven to 425° F. Spread tortillas with Silver Palate Tequila Salsa. Arrange halved olives on top, sprinkle with cheese and bake until edges are browned and cheese is hot and bubbling, 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into wedges and dollop with sour cream, if desired. Serve them open-faced or folded in half.
